INTRODUCTION

Endurance athletes are unique in their own right. These athletes are able to compete for long durations of time, playing and working at the highest level. That is why it is important to fuel and replenish the body in order to continue improving endurance. There is a plethora of supplements designed to improve and replenish the body, but most athletes do not know what to take or how these supplements work. This website is designed for that purpose, to help guide and inform about some specific supplements and whether or not they are beneficial to your performance.


Supplements, in general, are any kind of nutrients that are used in the body that are also used to improve on overall performance in an athlete towards their sport. Of course there are some supplements that are perceived as bad or negative. For example, anabolic steroids and other banned or illegal substances. This website will solely focus on supplements that are safe and common. Caffeine, nitrate, whey, creatine, protein, and carbohydrates are the supplements that are discussed throughout this website. All in all, the goal is to shed some light and provide some knowledge for endurance athletes and beginners looking to improve themselves in their respective sports.
